 Before paying your deposit online we ask that you read our Terms and Conditions and choose whether you accept them or not.

Terms and Conditions

1. A booking is not deemed to be confirmed until a deposit of 50% has been paid to Sounds Alarming Entertainment. Settlement to take place either via paypal online or cash on the night prior of the performance. Cheque’s are acceptable but need to be received within 14 days of the event, and need to clear in order for the event to go ahead.

2. If the booking has to be cancelled by you please follow the table below:

1) More than 30 days from the performance date: No fee payable and full deposit returned

(However a charge of £20.00 will be deducted from the deposit for administration)

3) Between 15-21 days from the performance date: 50% of the amount paid is due

5) Between 1-7 days from the performance date: The full amount is retained

3. If due to unforeseen circumstances Sounds Alarming Entertainment has to cancel the event no fee will become due and all deposits will be returned. Sounds Alarming Entertainment accepts no responsibility for cancellations brought about by “Acts of god” or causes that cannot be anticipated (ie Breakdown etc).

4. The customer will allow suitable time for the installation and dismantling, and the removal of all equipment (normally one hour approx) . Where appropriate, the customer will arrange with the management of the venue for the above task to take place, if you prefer this can be done for you if details are provided before hand.

5. The customer/venue management will provide adequate supervision of it’s guests/ customers at the venue, and will be liable for any loss of, or damage to, the equipment, vehicles, or personal belongings caused by guests/customers and/ or staff.

6. Sounds Alarming Entertainment ensures that any equipment to be connected to a power source has passed PAT electrical safety testing, and all equipment is updated regulary and you have peace of mind that we have full public liability insurance at 2 Million cover.
